Hydraulic Breaker Range Overview

The ZSB series runs smoothly with low noise and vibration. Its high-frequency, high-efficiency design delivers fast breaking, ideal for light-duty jobs. The full SB40-SB151 range covers mainstream excavator tonnages with interchangeable parts and easy maintenance, keeping running costs low. A great value pick for road demolition, concrete and asphalt breaking, earthmoving and general demolition.

The ZHB series features a long piston stroke and high per-blow energy for superior heavy-duty breaking. The powerful, rugged core stays reliable through long, high-load shifts, with long service intervals. Matching 0.8-ton mini excavators up to large machines, it suits non-blasting rock excavation, quarrying, secondary breaking and heavy reinforced-concrete demolition.

Frequently Asked Questions About Hydraulic Breakers

What is the difference between the ZSB and ZHB series?
The ZSB series (SB10 - SB151) is tuned for light-to-medium duty: high impact frequency, smooth running and low running costs, ideal for municipal work, road demolition and general construction. The ZHB series (HB5G - HB50G) uses a longer piston stroke and higher energy per blow for heavy-duty work such as quarrying, mining and reinforced-concrete demolition. As a simple guide: choose ZSB for everyday breaking jobs, and ZHB when the rock is hard and the work is heavy.
What are the differences between the Side, Top and Box housings?
All three housings share the same internal breaking mechanism - they differ in mounting structure, weight and noise level. Side Type is the standard, most economical option; Top Type offers a widely used universal mounting interface; Box Type adds an insulated shell for noticeably lower noise, a real advantage in urban or noise-restricted sites. ZSB models are available in all three housings, while ZHB models come in Top and Box. Not sure which fits your machine? Send us your excavator model and we will confirm compatibility.
How do I know which breaker fits my excavator?
Match the breaker to your excavator's tonnage class. As a rough guide: SB10 and SB20 suit 0.8-3 t mini excavators, SB40-SB50 suit 4-15 t machines, SB81-SB151 suit 18-40 t machines, and ZHB models from HB15G to HB50G suit 12-60 t excavators. Tell us your excavator brand, model, tonnage and job site, and we will recommend the right model free of charge.
Can I customize the color and logo of the breaker?
Yes. As a factory-direct supplier we can paint the body in your brand color, apply your logo and adapt housing details to your specification. OEM and dealer private-label programs are available with no minimum order - one unit is enough to start.
What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?
Every complete unit comes with a 1-2 year warranty depending on model and application. Our after-sales team provides installation guidance on site or remote, a full range of spare parts kept in stock, and direct technical support by WhatsApp, phone or email - with parts shipped worldwide.
How long does delivery take, and how do you ship?
Popular models are kept in stock and dispatched quickly after order confirmation. For domestic orders we arrange nationwide delivery; for export we ship by full container (FCL) or shared container (LCL) from major ports such as Qingdao, Tianjin and Shanghai, with full export documentation support. Delivery time depends on the destination - ask us for a quote including shipping.
How should I maintain my breaker day to day?
Three simple habits keep it in good shape: grease the tool shank every 2 hours or so and keep the automatic lubrication system topped up; check and tighten the adapter plate bolts and inspect the hydraulic hoses for leaks at the start of each day; and always store the breaker upright when not in use. Following the manual supplied with the unit keeps downtime and repair costs low.
